What it is for
Organize, Extract, Delete and Rotate change page order or selection locally.
Before you start
Keep the original and review all selected thumbnails.
Step by step
- Choose a PDF.
- Select page thumbnails.
- Reorder, duplicate, rotate or delete pages as required.
- Confirm at least one page remains.
- Run the tool and download the new PDF.
What you get
A new PDF containing the reviewed page order and selection.
Good to know
Complex outlines and linked form relationships may not survive page assembly.
Troubleshooting
- No pages are selected: tick the thumbnails to change.
- Delete is blocked: at least one page must remain.
- A preview fails: retry the thumbnail or reopen the source.
