Your documents stay on your device

PDF files and imported transcripts are processed in your browser. Document tools have no upload endpoint, analytics or external library requests. Exports are downloaded to your device.

What this browser remembers

The library stores filenames, file sizes, page counts, tags, notes, dates and tool history in IndexedDB. PDF contents are not stored. Appearance, motion, pinned tools and your most recently completed workflow are stored locally. These settings do not sync between devices.

Delete document entries or clear the library in Library. Clearing your browser's site data also removes local preferences and metadata.

External connections

Loading an optional YouTube preview connects to YouTube. Following an external link connects to that website. Neither action uploads your PDF or imported transcript.
