Your documents stay on your device

PDF files and imported transcripts are processed in your browser. Document tools have no file-upload endpoint and exports are downloaded to your device. PeachSoft does not send document contents, filenames or local library records to its account service.

Account information

A free account is required to use PeachSoft tools. Supabase processes your email address, authentication provider, account identifier, sign-in timestamps and security logs so PeachSoft can authenticate access and count registered and monthly active users. If you choose Google sign-in, Google participates in the authentication flow. Email passwords are submitted directly from your browser to Supabase and are not stored on a PeachSoft server.

You can sign out from Account. Account deletion is administered through the Supabase user dashboard until a self-service deletion workflow is added. Signing out or deleting the account does not delete browser-local library metadata; clear that separately from Library or your browser settings.

What this browser remembers

The library stores filenames, file sizes, page counts, tags, notes, dates and tool history in IndexedDB. PDF contents are not stored. Appearance, motion, pinned tools and your most recently completed workflow are stored locally. These settings do not sync between devices.

Delete document entries or clear the library in Library. Clearing your browser's site data also removes local preferences and metadata.

External connections

Account creation, sign-in, session refresh and password recovery connect to Supabase. Google sign-in also connects to Google. Document processing and transcript formatting do not send your selected files to those services. Following another external link connects to that website, but PeachSoft does not attach your PDF or imported transcript.
