Workflow Chains guide
What it is for
Workflow Chains applies a repeatable list of watermark, stamp, rotation, page-number, flatten and rename operations.
Before you start
Open one PDF and decide whether flattening is acceptable. Flatten removes editable form fields and annotations.
Step by step
- Choose Open PDF.
- Choose an available step to add it to Pipeline.
- Edit values where shown.
- Use Move Up or Remove to set the sequence.
- Choose Run Workflow.
- Review Run Log and download the output.
What you get
A processed PDF. Save Workflow separately downloads a reusable .peach-workflow definition.
Good to know
Steps run in order. If one fails, processing stops and the message explains what to fix; the source PDF remains unchanged.
Troubleshooting
- Run is disabled: open a PDF and add at least one step.
- A saved workflow fails to load: use an unmodified PeachSoft workflow file.
- Forms are no longer editable: remove the Flatten step.
